Once the physical body has been explored it is time to address feelings. I perceive and keep in mind every surge of emotion of mine – here I am offended to the bottom of my heart but I show no emotion – I am cold, composed and I am smoking a peace pipe to pull myself together. You'll only see my emotions in paintings!

"I did this painting 7 years ago. It was one of my first self portraits. I was tired to convince my friends to pose me in nude- they were shy and not happy to do that:D So I take the mirror from my wall and started to pose to myself. At first it was weird because you used to look at your face only or braver persons- quick look after shower. That was like theraphy to accept my body, myself. This is very dear painting to me, thank’s for taking care of it @dmitrijkosteckij 😇"
